A budget - friendly route where the client will receive a comprehensive design pack which includes mood boards, spatial layout, digital 3d models and renders , first draft electrical plans and a shopping list. 

The client will proceed to handle the contractor management and product sourcing themselves .

Design pack from £2,500 per room 

Now the design brief is established, time is taken to build the overall concept.

A variety of samples are sourced and detailed joinery and electrical plans produced. 

Project management of all design elements, working closely with architects, contractors and suppliers to ensure the highest results.

handling of FF&E budgets and procurement, and overseeing final dressing. 

Outside of the initial design package time is charged at an hourly rate.

for larger projects and complete end to end management a set percentage fee is often suitable.

We would be delighted to manage the procurement and logistics for furniture , fixtures and equipment (FF&E) to ensure the project is delivered on time.

As a studio we have great relationships with suppliers and can often provide an attractive trade discount against many of the FF&E items.

A 15% handling fee on trade and retail prices apply to cover damages and responsibilities.
